Mcdonald's - Port Orchard

This is the only McDonald's I have ever gotten food poisoning from. Won't be ordering from here again anytime soon.

Placed a delivery order and wanted no middle bun on my Big Mac whatever manager was in charge at 11:55 on April 8 was rude on the phone and told me because he was super busy he could not make sure that would happen. I order McDonald’s Atleast twice a week. But no longer will because of this person. I know it probably doesn’t make a difference loosing one customer but i don’t really care. If you’re “too busy” to take the middle bun off a big Mac then maybe you should slow down by loosing one customer. I tried to cancel the order but Uber the McDonald’s app delivery partner refused. I guess I’ll have to find a new spot to go.Just spoke with Jason he sounded like an idiot. He said he couldn’t hear me. Why can I call other business and they hear me but he cannot.I wouldn’t recommend this McDonalds to anyone not even my worst enemy.

So the last couple of times my friend and I have dined in.We've had pretty good experiences as far as the sandwiches have been made properly.But they need to learn how.When a customer asks for light salt on the fries. Needs to be light salt. Because sometimes people cannot have heavy salt so that needs to Be brought to the Attention of employees. Much cleaner, then the McDonald's on mile hill. And if there is a spill within front of the soda machine area they actually take the time to clean it up on like mile hill. Like I encountered today on April 1st,2024. Where there is soda all over the bottom of the floor underneath the soda machine and the rest of the entire floor was sticky slippery and greasyParking: Sometimes it can be a little diffibolt to find parking spots when they are busy because of all the made to order Signs both on the side of the sidewalk, and in the parking lot that are located it within the parking lot of this McDonald's.Kid-friendliness: Very clean and kid friendly environment. They don't leave spilled soda on the floor by the soda machine. If there is any spills by the sort of machine they take the time to clean. I want Mike to know that I am very impressed with the last. Couple times we have been in there that his team has done a very good job

Drive thru. They had that line moving... get 'em IN, Get 'em OUT... with fresh HOT fries. No attitudes, No repeating yourself 4X. I 've been in WA 18 months and THIS is the BEST location I 've visited.

Original will always love McDonald's ever since I can remember as a child.
