Contribuiți la feedbackOne of the best Little Caesars I've been to! They always have warm, freshly made pizzas ready for customers. If you're looking for something specific, they'll have your customized pizza ready in about 10 minutes. I've experienced some of the best customer service at this location compared to other Little Caesars. As a parent of two children, I often visit this place and will continue to return because of the great options they offer.
Despite my phone clearly displaying my online order, no one bothered to check on me. To my surprise, a woman walked in, and the teenager at the counter immediately took her in-store order. Meanwhile, another older lady, who was also waiting for an online order, was asked if she needed assistance, while I was left standing there. Feeling overlooked, I finally spoke up, expressing my disbelief at how long I had been waiting. He interrupted me and said, "I'm coming to you!" I could hardly believe it. When he finally approached me, I simply stated that I wanted my pizza. He asked for my order name, then quickly fetched my pizza—along with an incorrect second order. I tried calling the store 16 times, but the phone only rang twice before saying the mailbox was full. To make matters worse, one of the employees had their hair down right over the pizza assembly area and hadn’t tied it back or worn a hair net—it was completely unprofessional. I’m really concerned about how much hair may have ended up in the food. I’m insisting that they correct my order or issue a refund. I won’t be returning to this establishment again; next time, I’m driving to Bremerton.
The employees seemed to view customers as a burden. To add to the frustration, I waited an additional 30 minutes for them to correct an error they made on my order, even after showing the order form clearly. They still got it wrong multiple times! They don’t seem to pay attention to their tickets. One young blonde man working the pizza line was particularly unfriendly, shifting the blame for his mistakes onto others and complaining about being busy when I first tried to order. I ended up waiting twice for a remake of my order because they messed it up. The menu was quite standard, yet it took over an hour to get two pizzas. When I asked how long it would take, the staff chased after me, and other customers commented on how rude that was. One male employee even questioned, "Well, you see other customers?!" Yes, I did, and none of them were being treated this way. This was just a terrible experience overall. I believe there should be better supervision of young workers in a busy environment. As someone who used to manage the Wayne County Metro Detroit South East Division of Little Caesars from 2001 to 2005, I suggest they go back to basics and reevaluate their customer service training.
These little caesars actually make good pizza usually. The reason I give them only 2 stars is because it is almost impossible to order from this place unless you go to the store, order and wait. I don't know why, but they never answer the phone and their mailbox is full. There also seems to be some problems with online ordering because if I try to do that, there is an error message that I call the store to place my order. This is frustrating and just bad.
My father ordered 2 pizzas it took them over 40 minutes and while he waited, they made other customers who came after him their orders and when he asked why they told him he should be happy, he even got his order.
