The Beef Birria Ramen was excellent, with perfectly cooked ramen noodles and tender beef in a flavorful, rich broth. For those who love seafood, the Crudo De Tuna ceviche was awesome, featuring fresh ahi tuna and sweet dragon fruit, with the sourness of lime juice that complimented each other perfectly. While the Cajun Mac was decent, it could have used more sausage and shrimp toppings, and the toppings could have been better mixed in. Dont miss out on the margaritas, they are the real deal. My pet peeve is margaritas made with sweet and sour syrup. This margarita has a perfect balance of tequila and lime juice. The Mango Chamotey Boba is also a standout drink. Its refreshing with a great mix of sweet and spicy flavors.

Elotes are good but not quite the same tasting as most Ive tried, green enchiladas also good but arrived cold (everything else was hot so I dont think it was dasher time.
