Mcdonald's - Port of Spain

I'm here with my excited 7 year olds nephew standing for about 20minutes to place his order and not a single person would acknowledge me even if you'll busy at least have some common courtesy at least send a trainee they just there pelting ice cubes behind each other. To make matters worse a staff member comes and cash 3 shakes in front of me like I wasn't there

The standard of customer service seems to have dropped terribly. Fried chicken still is the best around. Facilities remain clean and adequate parking.

After waiting for more than 45 minutes, I went to query the reason for the delay. The cashier did not print my ticket so my order was never made. I received my order shortly after without so much as an apology for the inconvenience. Would not recommend this branch.

I continue to be disappointed in ALL the locations with such a simple task as getting an order right from since they first opened in Trinidad to now

My experience was short and sweet friendly people good mood!
