Service is always great. Staff is very friendly. Belgian chocolate is the best ice-cream ever!

I am very displeased that I had to witness a worker being publicly embarrassed because she used too much caramel to make a caramel crunch, by one a red lady who seems to be the supervisor or manager. If that is how you treat your workers I’ll refrain from supporting your business . In all decency that is not how you speak to your workers worst yet people.(the Savannah branch to be exact)

Horrible customer service. We arrived at 10:30PM and all the workers were getting the place ready to close. The entire floor was soaking wet to prevent anyone from dining in. The cashier was counting and packing the float in front of customers. ALL the workers were extremely bitter, sour and not welcoming. Please fix your customer service.

It 's been a while since I dined in Haagen Dazs I 've only been doing take out . Though our second server could have been a bit more pleasant, our first server was lovely! Very patient and informative. The ice cream and ambience were great as well. My 1 scoop of coffee and 1 scoop of Belgian chocolate topped with caramel sauce in a waffle cone was tasty!

Their ice creams are delicious as always, a little too sweet for my taste so this time I opt for a Mango Sorbet and it was very refreshing! Customer service was great.
