Michel's Patisserie - Port Macquarie

I visited Michel's yesterday with my 8-month-old baby. The staff were very kind and even offered assistance while I was feeding my son. Unfortunately, he spilled my coffee all over us and the floor, but they quickly stepped in to help me clean up and even brought me a replacement coffee free of charge. They turned what could have been a stressful situation into something much more manageable, and I truly appreciated their support.

This place has a unique charm, tucked away behind the shops, offering a lovely atmosphere and great views. The service is delightful, and the manager is very friendly.

Have really only drinks here, but the coffees are always good and the children have asked to go again many times for the smoothies that I can testify are quite awesome (and cheaper than boost. . parental and sweet tasty also look pretty good.

For the past seven years, we’ve been bringing our entire family and friends here several times a week. The service is consistently excellent, even when they’re busy. Rob Meredith and the staff make a fantastic team, and it’s clear from the number of regular customers we see. They serve the best coffee and cake in Port Macquarie!

The large flat white I had was good and actually came in a proper sized mug, which is rare these days. There was a reasonable selection of cakes, but no Danish pastries, which should be a staple of coffee shops, so no 5th star.
