Hungry Jack's Burgers Port Kennedy

This is, without a doubt, the worst Hungry Jack's—actually, let's be more accurate: it deserves the title of the Worst Fast Food Restaurant of All Time, and it goes to Port Kennedy. Orders are consistently wrong, food is often cold, and items are frequently forgotten. My recommendation? Avoid delivery and drive-thru at all costs. Instead, go inside and check every single item before you leave! Food: 1, Service: 1, Atmosphere: 1.

The place was absolutely filthy today. There were spills on the floor that still hadn’t been cleaned up when we were leaving, chips, food wrappers and napkins strewn on the floor. The tables were all dirty so we needed to sanitise ourselves on sitting down. There were even stains on the door leading to the play area. The kids complained about how dirty the play equipment was. Honestly it is a health hazard! ive never seen any eating establishments that filthy before!

We ordered 2 basic meals and they gave us the completely wrong burgers, both the burgers and all the sides were freezing and even after confirming the order 4 times with the register girl it was still wrong. Not to mention waiting in the drive through for over 20 minutes. This has been my consistent experience with port kennedy hungry jacks. Would not recommend to anyone Service: Take out
