Burger King - Port Jervis

This burger king is below par. Placed online order for plain cheeseburger and other stuff. Had to drive back to change the burger they got wrong, asked for a new hot French Fry because the original fries were cold. Manager told me that i had time to eat my fries before they got cold. What? Next time bk gets the order wrong im just going to cancel my card order. I don't need to be made to feel like a begger when i want hot fries with the correct burger i had to drive back to get.

The food was fast and I have to give credit to the lady who helped us. I wish I got her name but she was a rock star. My son asked for a crown and she not only gave him one but also gave him a toy! It was just so sweet! We were just grabbing some food for his gpa and not for him but he wanted a crown. So it made his day! So thank you so much

Many Burger King aren't very good in my area. This one tastes like Burger King.

The staff is very nice every time I go here. They do need to figure out what to do about the unruly people that hang around out front though.

I want to replace my older review with this newer one. My father informed me the other day when he was getting his lunch that there's newer staff and they are very professional and polite. Thank you for listening to the customer. I used to always eat there, and it was sad when I stopped, but my husband and I will start going back their again.
