I love this place, i get yogo almost once every week but PLEASE stay open later

$19.88 Need I say more? Probably not but please, humor me... I was told the cup held 16 ounces at .61 cents an ounce. I told the young lady that I tHought 10 bucks was crazy but decided to proceed anyway because I was in a rush and didn 't want to have to stop at the grocery store. It is self serve so I filled container with a few different flavors. The girl had me swipe my card, which I did. Then she asked that I sign the receipt. I did not have my glasses so I asked does that say $19 or 9? she said $19. I told her I am not taking it and want my card refunded. She said she cannot and called the owner. I thought for sure he would give me my money back. Nope. The owner was rude and I knew it was going nowhere. I took my 20 dollars worth of yogurt and left and will never go back. Lesson learned. I can think of many ways the owner could have handled this that would have satisfied both of us but he DID NOT CARE. *BE AWARE OF THEIR PRICING BEFORE STEPPING IN THE DOOR.

I was in Port Jefferson and was looking for a refreshing and delicious smoothie. I found this place on Google and decided to give it a try. I ordered a strawberry banana smoothie, but had to wait a while for it to be made because the employee seemed new. Despite being the only person there, I didn't mind the wait. I took the smoothie to go because I had people waiting for me outside. However, when I tried the smoothie, I found it to be warm and overly sweet. It was only 72 degrees outside and we had been outside for just a minute. Despite my disappointment, I decided to go back and ask for a remake with ice and without the excessive sweetener. Unfortunately, the employee said she couldn't make me a new one due to company policy. When I asked for a refund instead, I was told that was also against their policy. I left the smoothie with them and decided not to return. I suggest trying a different place for a better experience.

I do not recommend coming to this restaurant. I ordered an Acai smoothie from the menu, but the girl serving at the front did not know how to make it and had to call her boss for help. After not being able to reach her boss, she informed me that the Acai smoothie was not available. I then ordered a 4 berry smoothie, which was warm, too sweet, and not refreshing. When I mentioned this to the server, she seemed indifferent. I decided to get a frozen yogurt instead and asked for a discount since I was unable to drink the smoothie. The server refused to give me a discount, so I ended up paying full price for both items, despite hardly drinking the smoothie. This occurred today at 3:00 PM on 9/17.
