Sandpiper - Port Howe

Recommended by several friends, this place did not disappoint us. Lobster roll was filled with lobster and little else

We were just touring from NB through NS on the Sunrise drive and happened on the Sandpiper. I had seafood chowder and fried clams It was great, My wife decided this was the place for her lobster and she was not disappoint. It was the best one that she had had since Maine. Friendly Nova Scotian local, family restaurant.

Basic family restaurant with good food and service. My two favorite orders are Fried Clams (not strips) for dinner or Turkey burger (with fries, of course) for lunch.

If you are looking for standard issue fish and chips on highway 6, this is the place to go. Standard Canadian restaurant diner fair, done well.
