McDonald's - Port Hope

Always problems here. We were there and the cash girl was coughing in her hand then giving you your change And the food was cold with a 19 minute wait l said something to the rude manager and was basically told whatever. I then complained to the guy above her and he was excellent he went on to comp me 3 meals. I returned to this location as it's right off the Hwy so it's convenient wow let me tell you we went there last weekend and ordered a mc chicken again a super long wait and when we got it it was as hard as a rock and the portion of my medium fries were smaller than a kids fry. I give up this place seems to run by a bunch of kids or a manager who's more worried about what the people working with her think rather than being a manager. I thank the man I spoke to originally he was very professional unfortunately I miss placed your card. So be warned if you want what you pay for stay clear of this place and if you want to keep all your teeth intact don't eat a mcchicken there. It's the one off the Hwy in port hope.

I like the egg McMuffin and now I can get it any time. Always hot and fresh. Goes well with a maple mini pastry and coffee.

We stop by for a quick snack and have found the Egg McMuffins to be very good. We order without meat. The mini pastry and coffee deal is also good. Consistently good service, friendly staff.

I agree with many other reviewers. The staff were very friendly and quick to get the food out, but check your order before leaving. We were short fries in both kids meals along with a honey. The restaurant was clean and well-staffed.

Stopped by briefly while passing through and had a decent lunch. Seemed clean. Friendly staff. Order was correct and came within a few minutes. To me it was typical a McDonald's fare. No complaints.
