Dear CEO of the Ibis group, your beautiful site is not reaching its potential as it sadly needs renovation to the internal features, bathrooms dining area eg. holes in doors patchwork, ceiling in dining room and stained chairs and falling apart eg lining in dining room. Furniture outdoor shabby. Also furniture that was damaged sitting stacked in stairwells being a fire hazard. I hope you visit your sites to see what your staff have to deal with. Staff were excellent and could not fault them
