Tim Hortons - Port Hawkesbury

I have ordered a latte with oat milk twice now, and both times I made sure to specify at the drive-thru window that I have a dairy allergy and needed oat milk. However, the lattes were still made with regular dairy milk both times. Paying $5.50 for a latte that I can't even drink is extremely wasteful, and I don't want to risk going into anaphylaxis due to the negligence of the workers.

I recently visited Tim's for the third time and was extremely disappointed. Despite the store not being busy, it took 12 minutes to receive my order of two large Baileys iced caps. When I finally received them, the drinks were warm with no ice in a plastic cup, which is not safe to drink from. As someone who has had many iced caps, I can confidently say that these were watered down and tasted like lukewarm water with whipped cream on top. It was a truly terrible experience and I will never be returning to this location. The drinks were warm, tasteless, and overall disgusting.

I stopped by this Tim Hortons for a quick beverage and ended up receiving the wrong drink. However, the manager, Gaurav, was incredibly helpful and resolved the issue promptly. His exceptional customer service and friendly demeanor truly impressed me. This Tim Hortons location in Aulds Cove is among the best I've visited in Canada. I will definitely be stopping by again on my next trip to Sydney.

Fast ,friendly service, and we actually got what we ordered the first time.

I have been to many Tim’s but this one was best so far. We had an issue with the drink which was wrongly prepared by one of the staff and we asked for new one to other staff. His name was Gaurav as I asked him. He was so humble, best part was he apologize so sincerly and made us afresh new drink very quickly with a smile. It was not even his fault but he fixed for us. We loved the service
