Karai Sushi - Port Hardy

Food was amazing once it finally came out. Since the change of location, it's now too small for how many people want to eat there. Service is very slow and the small space fills up with smoke and grease very very quickly. If you aren't in a rush and you are okay with waiting the food is outstanding!

We ate dinner 2-3 dinners there for our 2-3 day stays :

Food is really good. Unfortunately the portion of wasabi and ginger has greatly decreased recently. The cost of eating out is already so expensive and the price of food here has recently increased again, they could at least supply the customer with a decent amount of wasabi ginger soy sauce. (We ordered take out)

What a find at the end of the road. The restaurant is lovely, service attentive and the food beautifully prepared with fresh ingredients. Highly recommend the angry chicken it left us very happy!!

A great find! Really tasty and fresh food. Made a nice change from the usual grills. One of the best meals we ate on Vancouver Island and definitely the best place to eat in Port Hardy.
