Great distillery, fantastic food trailer, great whisky, friendly staff...

Outstanding experience in September 2021. Unlike other distilleries that behave very pretentious , ardbeg knows how to make their fans happy. Down to earth prices for tasting package (40pound) with 5x ardbegs most expensive whiskys (22,supernova,25yo, etc). Friendly staff, food truck outside. 5 stars.

I had an incredibly detailed tour led by an experienced guide. The atmosphere during the tasting was fantastic, and the views outside were simply beautiful.

Ardbeg was our first whisky stop of the day, and it turned out to be our favorite. We booked their kernel tasting, and the five drams we tried were absolutely delicious. Emma guided us through each one in detail, answering our questions in a professional yet friendly manner. Jacquie also assisted us after the tasting and recommended we try the Bowmore Hotel for a dram of its limited edition Serendipity, which we absolutely fell in love with! The atmosphere at the Ardbeg distillery was cozy and welcoming, and the food truck outside served a fantastic venison steak pie. We highly recommend a visit!
