The caffe mocha I ordered, was very nice. but pancake was bad

Do not go for the R99 pizza special. They serve 1-2 slices at a time. After 2 hours all of us at the table had only 4 slices each. Service is very slow. Except for those inside close to the kitchen. They got served multiple times while those sitting outside were forgotten. We saw a lot of people complain about slow delivery. Plus side the pizzas were very good. We had 30-40 minutes to enjoy one slice.

I'm giving one star as there no option for no stars, as that is what they deserve. Took family from Joburg there for lunch today. Waited quite a while to receive our order even though there were very few people in the restaurant at the time. What we ordered and what we got was totally different. The chicken burger was just a sliver of chicken, a really thin slice with hardly any sauce for more than R100, the coffee was pathetic and the service matched the bad food as the staff is definitely untrained. The manager that took the chicken burger back did not even apologise for bad burger, or offer a replacement bother... Nothing. She didn't utter a single word. If she's not trained then the staff definitely are not. Needless to say we will never visit this establishment again, and we will always tell people not to eat there. A waste of money and time!!!!!!

Abysmal experience. Service was incredibly slow, about the entire staff attempted to ask our drinks order, and they all seem like it's their first day working in service. Food only came after approximately an hour. A very disappointing experience

Sadly there shouldn't even be 1 star on my review. My husband and I were there for lunch yesterday. Well, we TRIED to have lunch. Badly trained waiters, with only 3 tables occupied, we waited ages for our cool drink (no glass, no ice) and filter coffee (think it was ricoffy, it was revolting) we placed our meal order and after 40minutes decided to cancel the order as nothing was happening. When we canceled we were told the system was down??? Um... How does a system prevent you from cooking a hamburger??? Sadly we won't ever be going back there.
