Pura - Port Douglas (QLD)

Great location. The staff are always so friendly and willing to help. The food was great and very quick! Will be back! We had the Italian inspired menu and the flavours were insane

Very large open space and extremely noisy. Was told that only in house guests could dine there after not being able to get a booking at Harrison’s (in the same hotel). But then made a booking online despite not staying at the hotel. Poor menu options and a 25 min wait for a cocktail. garlic bread was extremely average. Took a chance and walked over to Harrison’s who were able to fit us in due to a last minute cancellation. Thank goodness. I wouldn’t dine at feast

V poor service today for breakfast. One meal completely forgotten, had to be reminded 3 times to bring kids juices and soggy toast.

Felt like you were dining in a basic cafe, lighting and set up lacking any atmosphere. Food was very expensive for what it was. We ordered pizza $30 arrived and dough was uncooked. Replacement came back pretty much the same except the crusts were cooked this time. Extremely disappointing, service was only positive and our waitress was very apologetic, if not slightly embarrassed.

The sheraton feast buffet had last night a lot of Mexican dressed, including tasty pork, tacos and churros for the desert. the food was delicious and the service was excellent - we go back tonight for the Mediterranean food buffet.
