Tim Hortons - Port Coquitlam

I have been coming to this location for a long time now, although other staff is ok, there is one lady who has been very rude everytime. I believe her name is PEACH, she seems to be rude to other customers as well.I ordered omlette bites online and when i reached to pick the order, she denied saying it would take half hour to make it, when i asked for refund.. she literally said “I won’t do it because I don’t want to pay out of my own pocket”. She insisted that I take a bagel instead which I didn’t want. So she straight up cancelled my whole order without giving any refund.

Really a bad way to start my Saturday. I was told “the longest mobile order ever”. The order was not even more than $16.Very much disappointed.

I got wrong coffee today and when i requested to correct it, then the girl behind the counter misbehaved with me, saying there is something wrong with your mouth not my coffee, very very unprofessional and untrained staff, always sloppy to serve. Its really annoying to see this type of service offered.

The worst service I have exprienced.. Two Indian women were really rude. buying three gift cards had a spat with them...Not recommended here..
