Contribuiți la feedbackI have seen how to make the pizza fresh in the back and I have tried other little caesar’s pizzas and the port colborne is always the best. (I think they use more cheese.) to get enough food to feed my family of rest) is much cheaper and more satisfying than mcdonald’s. they may have to wait minutes to get a pizza, but it is fresh when they have to wait. I would go more often if I lived closer.
Really, this place only offers the "Hot 'n Ready" pre-cooked, refrigerated/frozen and then heated in the warming oven, pizza. Usually tastes awful. Little Caesars used to be one of my go-to places before the invention of Hot 'n Ready. I guess it is a niche, but it is seriously bad.
I go here once in a while. They have a drive through and dine in. The drive through doesn't save you any time so sometimes I like to wait inside and have a coffee from the attached Tim Horton's. The "Hot N Ready" slogan is not true at this location. When they first opened a couple of years ago I gave them the excuse that they are still trying to figure out the local market here so things may not be ready to avoid making too much. Well there should not be any more excuses by now and I am sad to say this place is getting worse. They used to have the medium pepperoni and medium cheese pizzas ready at dinner time (although not very hot) but now even when I order 1 medium pepperoni pizza at 6pm I have to wait 8 minutes. So the pizza is never "Hot N Ready." I am a fan of the prices and the Deep! Deep! Dish pizza is very tasty and filling. I love the pepperoni's at Little Caesars. The main reason I gave the rating I did is for service and the lie that is getting worse "Hot N Ready" or just Ready. It is like the owner/manager has not idea what they are doing and would rather sacrifice some customers than make too many pizzas. Go here and wait. I hope the owner sees this so they can focus more on the Ready and fix their business.
A busy location and pumping out a lot of orders in the 10 minutes I was there. I think they were short staffed by 1 peoson but they were keeping up.
The pizza is usually very good, but extremely slow service for what is supposed to be ready to order. I know that part of the problem is people ordering special items at the drive thru but there should be a system for this. The last time I went, I sat behind 2 cars for almost 15 minutes - and I only ordered one pepperoni pizza. And this is pretty normal here, unless you get lucky and there is no one in front of you. And even then, sometimes you end up having to wait. I like the pizza and it is convenient but this location is definitely NOT hot and ready like other locations.
