Domino's Pizza - Port Clinton

Yesterday i order from Dominos in port clinton. Order a chicken alfredo pasta, and stuffed cheese bread. Ate half of the pasta and 2 peices of the bread. Only to get DEATHLY SICK! I have food poisioning from their food. If i were you, id stay far away from this place! I havent been able to move for the entire day. Im still very sick!!! I AM IN MISERY!

I wanted to buy lunch for my business neighbors today so at 10:45 am I ordered 3 pizzas from Dominos online for an 11:45 am delivery. Shortly after placing the order, I received a call from the manager saying his only delivery driver had just left for Fremont (a mere 15 minutes away) to pick up supplies. He said they couldn 't guarantee delivery at that time (11:45 AM). I said what about 12 Noon? He said he could try to get it there at 1 PM and if would be sooner, he 'd let me know. Apparently, he doesn 't understand the concept of lunch at 12 noon. Anyway, I was shocked to say the least. I questioned how a Dominos in a small, tourist town could afford to forgo a $65 dollar order on a snowy April Monday? I said I was trying to support a small business, to which the guy replied, We 're Dominos, we 're not a small business. We 'll, no kidding. I could tell this wasn 't a small business from the horrible customer service. He quickly cancelled my order and hung up the phone, and I quickly called Marcos Pizza, got a very nice lady who sold me more pizzas for less cost than Dominos and guaranteed my neighbors would have them by their 12 noon lunch hour. So if you want a better pizza, at a lower cost, without the side of attitude, may I suggest visiting the Port Clinton Marcos, and leave the virtue signalling, EV driving Dominos to wither on the vine. Zero Stars!

Fast and always willing to fix issues. Plus great food

They have “forgotten” or tell me they delivered to my address but lie. Repeatedly forgotten stuff from my orders. Black listed a delivery option from me because of their mess ups. Don’t bother ordering from them if you want your order correct or to even show up.
