Ruby Tuesday - Port Charlotte

We placed an order by DoorDash from here in Arizona to my son in Florida for his 23. Birthday. In the DoorDash app I asked if the restaurant could write Happy Birthday on the bag and cross my fingers. And they did it!!! They printed this sweet little sign, attached it to the outside of the pockets, and the DoorDash driver ensured that it could be seen when my son opened the door! Love it!

The facilities are clean, well organized. Everyone follows the guidelines for social distancing so that the cartridges feel safe there. The food is fresh and cooked for perfection. Our server, Richard, was gracious, knowledgeable about food and drinks, pleasantly helpful. The manager, Nick, even came out to ask if we were satisfied with everything. He showed his sincere care for his customers. We had a wonderful experience in this facility.

Food was the best we had in a long tine. Waitress was nice and efficient, we called the manager and just sneaked everything. He was so gracious and also has a great personality. My sister and I had ribs and steak and our friend had steak and shrimp. The pumpkin cheese cake was delicious. We told the manager to tell the cook that he's amazing.

The manager and the waiting staff were excellent today. My mother was really ashamed because of her diabetes and we had already decided to eat there at noon when we came in before we sat down, I asked the waiter to bring me a piece of bread to control her sugar again. The manager brought a hot cookie she said was the best cookie she ever had. He gave her so kindness and compassion that they will always get 5 stars and in the way our food was excellent!

During our visit to Englewood, FL, we chose to drive to Port Charlotte for dinner. We opted for take-out, and the food exceeded our expectations in both flavor and quality! It was much better than what we anticipated for a last-minute order. Ruby Tuesday truly impressed us! The staff were very friendly and even allowed me to use a mobile coupon for my order. I highly recommend this place!
