Arby's - Port Charlotte

The staff is incredibly rude, they constantly forget items and the fries taste like the oil hasn't been changed in months.

They gave me a free, corn beef, Reuben, perfectly prepared, because I had received a mistaken sandwich the day before. It doesn’t matter what I get here, it’s always delicious! Thank you Arby’s for not cutting back during times of inflation.

UPDATE:This company got in touch with me immediately! They were so kind and understanding! They asked me how they could make it right! I explained I was more worried about someone getting hurt they extended the offer to make it right again. I decided to give another location a try. Gladly they gave me what ever I wanted everything was perfect and they did it with a smile! I payed for nothing! Katie and Dwayne were so amazing. I don’t think these things should happen and I still don’t know why it happened. But I will say they did everything they could to rectify it! Thank you so much for how you handled an awful situation! Pleasantly surprised!Why can’t I give zero stars! They have a disgusting restaurant! A free sandwich coupon almost killed me. Becareful giving to kids without checking huge plastic in my food!

The only negative is the wait time through the drive through. Everything else is fine.

We went here today spent 17.85 for one pound of beef the beef juice you have to pay extra rude management and employees .may because I was white I was treated like dirt .
