Sonic Drive-In - Port Arthur

No one took my order for over five minutes. Food was good but getting my order took awhile.

It was alright at best. Had the buttery steakhouse burger. Taking the time to make sure food is accurate and prepared neatly is missing in todays fastfood industry. This goes a long way in keeping happy customers returning.

Cannot offer a 0 star. Ordered 3 slushes it slushes there was nobody in the parking lot still took almost 15 minutes to get there because they were delivering other people's food faster than my order. And the other customers were coming in after me.Management really needs to take a look at their employees and figure out how to do their job better.

Not only do the screens not work properly but the workers never hand you back your change. I understand these are hard times but when you do your customers dirty eventually someone will turn violent

I waited for 15 minutes for them after pushing the button, i pushed it waited 3-4 minutes no response so i pressed it again waited a few minutes still no response so i .mashed the button a few times. Meanwhile the guy to my left pulled up was able toget his food ordered, waited for it, recieved it, and left and no one ever took my order. I eventually left starving becausethey couldnt pay enough attention or didnt care enough about their customers. So do your self a favor and go anywhere else buthere. There is plenty of better places arpund them. If you still want sonic go to the nederland one they are better and respecttheir customers.
