That's always a good sub. I like a little fat taste and her caption sorinson sauce is great. This restaurant is clean and the service is fast and friendly.

Excellent experience! Where to begin... first off when we walked into the store at least several employees friendly welcomed us, and they graciously took our orders. Our food was made promptly and deliciously! I was able to buy my delicious meatball sub and a bag of chips with an (any size) drink for just about 12-13 dollars. Although it's not quite as cheap as eating at Wendy's or McDonald's, the quality more than makes up for the price difference. In my opinion, this restaurant is better than subway which is similarly priced. Definelty will be going back!

Waited in line and nobody took my order. A guy told me that another person will take my order and pointed to a woman. Went over to her and she decided to turn around and start talking to the rest of the workers. Extremely unprofessional and rude. Waited and still no service. Just had to turn around and leave.

Great sandwiches! Usually you have fast and friendly service. Ingredients are freshly served and most employees seem happy to be there. The restaurant is usually busy around lunchtime. The restaurant is usually clean except sometimes the bathroom. Great place for a sandwich.

First time eating at a Firehouse subs very disappointed. I ordered online, for pickup. The email confirmation said the chips would be in the bag, when I got home, they weren?t. I ordered the Jamaican jerk turkey and the Engineer. I ordered one on wheat, both had white bread. They had soggy turkey shreds, way too much Mayo, and just a scattering of lettuce, a thin slice of tomato, etc. The girl who handed me my order was uncommunicative and unfriendly. I gave my experience 2 stars because as I was leaving, the young man behind the counter smiled and said thank you, have a nice day.
