Burger King - Port Arthur

I usually enjoy this place, but after the last few times it was as if they had no idea what they're doing. I especially ask for my order and repeat it to them to make sure there is no confusion, but after I get my order mostly all wrong, today I asked for an Italian crispy chicken with a big coke and fry, and they gave me a regular crispy chicken with medium hair and no drink. They didn't give me my reception. Very bad service especially if a customer has to try his best to be crystal clear what he ordered. Very unorganized and simply sad. I hope management will correct this soon. I don't want to go to the next city just to get a good service at a fast food joint.

Incredibly fast service and delicious food! However, I think the claims about fast food in the Northeast are a bit exaggerated. Overall, I would rate the food a solid 4 out of 5.

The restaurant had a strong smoky scent as soon as you walked in. The staff were friendly, but communication was a bit challenging since the manager had limited English proficiency. Food: 4/5.

Horrendous service. We were the only people in the restaurant and the manager stared at us for a good 5 minutes as we stood at the counter, while doing NOTHING. Never acknowledged us or tried to take our order. He kept acting like he was waiting to bag an order and never did anything.
