Fusion Bites - Port Antonio

Customer service is poor. They never have ice on deck to make strawberry daiquiris. The wait for service is longer than expected. Foods nice but won’t waste my time again.

I love fhusion Fry Chicken. Just hate to wait on the delivery.

1st of all they don’t knw the price of the food and bad customer service… I went there 2time in 1 day to dine and I got two different price with same food I ordered 1st time shrimp was for $2900 Oxtail was for $3200 2nd time shrimp was for $3700 Oxtail was for $3700 Like come on please mek uno mind….and you guys don’t even have a menu board with the prices…u guys take a very long time to serve too… one more ting please fix and paint the stairs way not looking presentable… I won’t recommend no to here…

We had a fantastic dining experience with delicious food! Every one of the five dishes we ordered was incredibly flavorful. The oxtail was slightly spicy but absolutely delightful. Our server, Asianeek, was exceptional—providing excellent service combined with a great sense of humor. The restaurant is situated on the top floor of the Royal Mall, so don't hesitate to ask for directions if you need them!
