Westside Family Grill - Port Allen

This place is horrible, and the food is not worth the price. The only good thing was my grandson’s chicken wings, my burger was completely burned around the edges, I took one bite and spit it out, the chili cheese fries tasted like the cheese was bad, the pickle fries were extremely salty, we left over half of our food sitting on the table, it was horrible, I will never stop there again. And the prices are ridiculous for such poor quality food.

Went to the Livonia location tonight. So glad we did. The manager and waitress were so friendly and went well above and beyond for my family. The food was amazing and the malts were the best I’ve ever had. Our sweet waitress even went get ice cream for a second round of malts for my husband and kids. I’ve been sick for a month and been craving that burger I’ve been seeing west side advertise and y’all sure did deliver! My little girls had a great time and we enjoyed a good meal with a home town feel. Of course we’ll be back.

Stopped in the Livonia location two weeks in a row. Great burgers, fantastic and friendly service. Stop in and see Miranda, she will make sure your food is great and you have a wonderful dining experience.

My burger wasnt dressed the way I ordered it and when I asked for mayo I got a tiny bit. Patty was suposed to be half a pound but doesnt look like it. I feel like you dont get enough for what you pay. The food tasted good though.

Visited the Livonia location over the weekend and had a wonderful experience. The manager/waitress, Miranda, was exceptional in providing great customer service and making us feel welcome. She was very personable and went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant dining experience. Upon our arrival, she informed us that they were out of some items on the menu.
