The Cypress Restaurant & Lounge

The micro prime rib at this restaurant was overpriced and burned, with dry vegetables and no juice. The prime rib was overdone and there was no Yorkshire pudding served. The meal for $35 each was a waste of money. The only thing I got out of it were pictures of both dishes, which were the same.

Succulent lobster and halibut with bearnaise sauce, so good I swore. Perfectly cooked roasted vegetables. Service was fast, courteous, and checked on us ample times. Definitely highly recommended.

The Cypress Salad was so good! Huge portion and great service. Nice classy atmosphere but they could use fresh ingredients for the margarita!

During Covid, we didn’t want to eat in the restaurant so we ordered out. Picked it up and it was still hot, but that’s the only positive we can say about the food. For $75, we could have got this quality of food at a fast food restaurant, and fed 4. I’ve heard really good things about the food, that’s why we ordered out, but I recommend to NOT order out from this restaurant. The beef in the stroganoff was good, and the garlic bread, that’s it. Threw most of our food away, it was that bad.

We usually go to the cypress at least once a month. We do have our staples that keep coming back to on their menu, but have tried a lot of different menu items. I can honestly say that we have never had a less than exceptional experience dining at the cypress. Highly recommend it!!
