As a bartender, I can recognize a cappuccino made good by a filthy guy. And I expect to find friendly and not musous staff at the counter.. personal changes that there is a world of people who would like to work.

Experience to forget. Following an Esselunga promotion today we went for lunch at the Bar Atlantic in Porcari, after waiting for half an hour they came to take the order, then they informed us that some dishes ordered were finished and consequently we had to divert the choice based on what was left. The dishes actually turned out to be of questionable quality but the best part came at the checkout where the staff made a mistake in the bill and subsequently, after redoing it, they were unable to count the Esselunga voucher presented together with Fidati. Moral of the story after several minutes they sent us away making us pay the difference without carrying out the operation.
