I have given this place four chances because the product is nice but the staff is so consistently rude. This morning the lady who made the coffee left it sitting at the machine knowing that I was waiting for it while she went out and cleaned the tables. She looked at me several times as I would glance up hoping but did not go to get it for me until I stood up. Then when I needed to go to the bathroom later on and stood at the edge of the counter waiting to be given the key, the other employee yelled across the restaurant at me that the toilet does not work. It’s not hard to understand when someone iis being unpleasant that the answer is no even if you don’t speak the language. I didn’t just walk off after she did this because I felt angry at her rudeness. A nice young man got up and walked over to me to Translate. I asked him to tell her that life is easier if you’re nice. This miserable experience helped me to remember why I avoid this place even though it’s very convenient. Having owned a restaurant of my own and having worked at places like Walt Disney World, I understand hospitality and I understand working with foreigners but I am always pleasant and no one deserves to be treated the way I was. Everything else about this place would be impressive but hostile bad service does not make up for that.
