Steak 'n Shake - Poplar Bluff

I really enjoy the Frisco melt and the crispy fries. As someone who works at McDonald's, Steak 'n Shake has recently become one of my favorite places to order from.

Our fries were cold, the triple steak burger we ordered turned out to be a double, and the Frisco melt was slightly overcooked. I also didn't receive my sweet tea. I could have overlooked everything else if the burger had been correct and if I had gotten my sweet tea.

I ordered shakes for myself and someone at work. Unfortunately, the shakes didn’t match the pictures and weren’t labeled. They got mixed up, and I ended up losing a $7 shake. I suggest either lowering the price or clearly labeling the shakes.

Ordered a cup of chili and received a barel half full cup

Will not order anything from here again. my husband bit into his burger there was something so hard in it that it almost broke his tooth.
