Starbucks - Poplar Bluff

I didn't go to Starbucks. I'm not paying that much for bad coffee. I was trying to get to the Verizon store which was nearly impossible because of the Starbucks customers

Three young girls behind the counter laughing and playing on their phones, took forever to get my drink and then it was missing a pump of brown sugar, and my shaken espresso wasn't even stirred properly much less shaken and had unmixed powder stuck to the inside of the lid and the rest in the bottom of the cup. Not appreciated. 0/10

The drive through line takes FOREVER. Absurdly SLOW. With 4 cars ahead of me it took 30 minutes to get to the window.

So with this place you either get a good drink or it's horrible. If you expect them to correct a mistake, well you might want to bring holy water with you. Probably the worst coffee shop experience I've encountered.
