This morning, the lobby was closed for "security" reasons without any prior notification, while mobile orders were still being processed. When I arrived 20 minutes after placing my order, the line was wrapped around the side of the building. I went to the parking lot and saw a sign on the door. I tried calling the restaurant several times, but the phone went straight to voicemail. Me and other customers knocked on the door and asked if we could pick up our orders that we could see sitting in the designated area. A young man (with short, dark hair) opened the door to tell us to wait in line. We all tried to explain that we didn't have time to wait over an hour, or the desire to get a coffee that was sitting at the point where we would finally be able to receive our orders. He said he would "work with us" before shouting angrily and rudely, "It's a tough day here and I'm not dealing with it," slamming the door in our faces and walking away. Some customers knocked while others called the corporate office. Several employees attempted to come to the door, but we could see the same man yelling at them not to open it. Not being able to pick up orders on time is serious, but dealing with unprofessional and rude workers is unacceptable for a company of their caliber. The line was so out of control that when I left (without my order that I had paid for and with coworkers who did not want to cancel it or inform us), there was a police officer with lights flashing directing traffic.
Jarrett, I am so impressed with you! I visited your restaurant today when there weren't enough staff to handle the busy Starbucks front. They were hustling, managing the crowd, and taking orders wonderfully. A customer was having trouble with a mobile order (café orders were not available that day), and they kindly gave him a complimentary cup of coffee. This kind of service and flexibility really sets this business apart and will continue to do so in the future. In a time when customer service standards are low, their ability to adapt and excel made the experience special. And of course, I enjoyed my coffee and snack as always. Thank you!
Ian was not only pleasant as he took our order through the screen, but when we got to the window and waited, he engaged in conversation with us. He asked about our day, the summer weather, and more. While we waited for our drinks, we noticed many paintings in various locations, but this one stood out as the best. Ian continued to chat with us until he handed us our drinks. He truly deserves to be recognized for his exceptional customer service. Thank you Ian for being amazing and not going unnoticed!
A newer Starbucks location with many seats in the interior and exterior area, I liked the circularly comfortable leather seats. free wlan worked great. the remaining rooms were immaculate, server were friendly and helpful and especially got our order right. the drinks were on the spot and the bananenbrot was delicious. at this place there is also a drive through the window.
I frequent this Starbucks and I can say that every time I've gone, the staff has always been super friendly and my order has always been delicious. Once I was with my friend who ordered a coffee with no whipped cream and a new worker had made the drink and accidentally added whipped cream. The woman training him (we think it was the owner) handed us the drink and said that they were completely remaking the drink and that this one was free since it was a mistake. We didn't even have the chance to correct the error before they made up for it! 10/10 experience every time, I highly recommend stopping by!
