Panera Bread - Pooler

Food was comparable to other stores but the atmosphere was less than clean/comfortable. We ended up eating outside due to sewage/swamp type smell inside. Floors bathrooms could be cleaner.

Went to the drive thru here in Pooler. Extremely disappointed. They did not ask what size soup we wanted, if we wanted a pastry, and didn’t give me any chance to use my rewards before they rang us up. They acted very rushed despite an empty parking lot and drive through. I would hope for a better experience, especially given the price. The food is the one saving grace.

Great staff! Girl at the register was smiling and kind! Staff is constantly out in dining room cleaning tables, and I even saw one girl walk up to a table, ask if they were finished to take their plates away which I don't see very often in Panera but is a very nice gesture! Another person came around asking a few of us if we were too cold and if the temperature was okay. SUPER caring here! Great work by all! Seems to be a well working team here!

Watched while two orders that were placed after mine were prepared and delivered finally had to say something after waiting 20 minutes for my food. Then was offered a pastry. Ordered their steak and wake, got stakum on a sub roll with a little egg horrible sandwich.

First time eating there and had the half poppyseed salad, it was delicious and their reasonably priced.
