Overall poor experience here. I went over the weekend with a prior reservation however when we arrived they stated the table wasn’t available so placed us on a small table at the bar with a 2 year old with us. When ordering we were met with an unenthusiastic waitress who mumbled her way through our order. In contrast the ginger bearded chef was friendly and inviting. When my partner got back to the table she found her cutlery to be sticky and unwashed which we later swapped. Overall very poor experience

Great friendly service with Jane B very good food. Lovely evening out and would recommend Toby Carvery. Very welcoming

Booked a table as down there for a few days on a break. We opted for an extra large carvery for £1.99 extra. Loads of meat and vegetables cooked beautifully. Was served by Jane B who was very friendly and efficient.

Had a lovely service as always by Jane. She’s served us many times before and she’s always been smiley, efficient and friendly!
