The Italian Villa - Poole

This restaurant is absolutely incredible. The staff, the atmosphere, and the food were all absolutely perfect. It was the perfect location for our wedding day and I would highly recommend it. Shannon, Bianca, Kiki and the rest of the team were fantastic and I couldn't find a single fault. All of our guests raved about the atmosphere and the delicious food. It's a must-visit for any couples looking for a wedding venue or a place to host a special event. We can't wait to visit again in the upcoming months.

For the evening buffet, I was presented with a plate containing six different items, including a homemade gluten-free pizza. Once again, the quality and taste of the food exceeded my expectations. I am usually hard to impress when eating out and often leave restaurants feeling unsatisfied, but that was not the case at this wedding. I was also excited to learn that the venue, Compton Acres, has a pizzeria, and I definitely plan on returning to try it out. Overall, the venue, food, and service were all top-notch. What more could I possibly ask for?

We don't even know where to start! From the beginning of the planning process to the end of our wedding day, the team at The Italian Villa were absolutely amazing. From the moment we booked the venue, we had a ton of questions and the team was always quick to respond and always willing to help. The chefs deserve a special mention as our food tasting evening was fantastic and the food on our wedding day was even more incredible. On the day, Bianca was exceptional - she helped us set up our crisp wall in advance, organized a surprise for the groom, coordinated with our suppliers for decorations and music, and everything went off without a hitch. We had always dreamed of having the perfect wedding day, and it far exceeded our expectations. Every single one of our guests was impressed by the venue, the food, and the attention to detail throughout the day. We couldn't find a single fault even if we tried! We are so grateful to everyone at The Italian Villa for everything they did for us. We had the most perfect wedding day and have the most amazing memories that will last a lifetime.

We aren't sure where to start in expressing our thanks and gratitude to you all for making our wedding day so unbelievably perfect. The whole day ran without a hitch, and that was all because of your careful planning, organisation, and attention to details. We had amazing feedback on the food, the grounds and gardens, and the staff at the venue. A massive thanks to Lauren for first showing us around the venue 18 months ago and answering our thousand questions via email ever since. Also, a huge thanks to Bianca who was a pure angel on the day, and it felt like another friend was there with us. She did everything and more. Also, a thank you to all those behind the scenes who we may not have met or spoken to in depth, such as the kitchen staff, the bar staff and everyone else. We will be back to visit you again in the future, as Compton Acres will always now be a special place in our hearts. You are all so good at what you do, and it doesn't go unnoticed.

We visited the Italian Villa for our wedding reception and it was perfect! The venue is gorgeous, especially in summer and the staff were great. Bianca, our wedding organizer sorted out everything we needed and the day went very smoothly. Great food options for people with dietary requirements we had quite a few vegetarians and people who can't eat gluten and they all loved the wedding dinner. Good size dance floor with seating around it perfect for a long night of dancing. The gardens attached to the villa were ideal to make memorable moments and we got some really nice pictures there. Thank you so much to Lauren, Bianca and the rest of the team who helped make our special day so amazing!
