An amazing little gem in the heart of Poole, offering beautiful fresh vegan sandwich and salad box options including vegan “tuna”, barbecue jackfruit, coronation cauliflower, vegan sausages, and vegan sausage rolls all made up to order. Also offers vegan coleslaw and vegan spread, and a selection of cakes usually, two of which are vegan the chocolate and banana cake is not to be missed! . Staff are always so friendly and helpful, who are considerate of using separate utensils to prepare vegan food. I’m always amazed at the value for money a sandwich and a big slice of cake is usually 5 or under!

A few times on my lunch breaks and there is always a decent vegan option of sandwich and cake. The food is freshly prepared and prepared for order. Very inexpensive

Fantastic vegan options, and great filling/bread ratio. Brilliant price-performance ratio. They always try new vegan fillings.
