Food area with limited sortiment. clothing department has large and good quality collection for selection.

Big load is not the biggest marks and spencers on the world, but has what they need. star for pleasant and shop is clean and neat.

Amazing service and hospitable staff competitors cannot compete with M&S for this. I went to buy some new work trousers before the lockdown (they were on the second floor which was closed). A staff member went upstairs and brought nemerous pairs in my size back to me to choose from. Great trousers I've purchased them before and I'll purchase them again. It's hard to find service like this anywhere I'll be back.

Love this shop, foodhall has great choices, clothing is reasonably priced and the staff are very helpful and friendly.

Food hall very good. Large selection of high quality products. Something for everyone's taste buds! Definitely worth a wander around. Priced very fairly. Includes meals for one person, or larger selections for bigger families. Chicken, meats, fish, fruits and vegetables, and many many more. Frozen foods too. Definitely a Yes from me!.
