Big Tasty - Pontypridd

For the 4th time in a row Big Tasty don't deliver my complimentary dishes. My order tonight was £36 plus delivery charge. As I did not receive my complimentary prawn crackers with my previous 3 orders (despite phone calls reminding them) I put a note on my order tonight but alas still no complimentary spring rolls as per the website. I've been using Big Tasty for many years but just feel they do not appreciate their customers so will find a new Chinese takeaway for my custom.

My family are of Chinese heritage, so I know what I'm talking about when I say majestic Chinese food! Bit on the pricey side, but worth it I suppose.

Ordered food last night and now have staph food poisoning from the people who work there, poor personal hygiene is what causes the disease and gets passed on from touching food and not washing your hands , shocking place , should be shut down. i ordered a tray of chips, chicken balls and egg fried rice X2 , one with curry sauce and spring rolls , around 8pm , a woman served me over the counter with my auntie and partner

I phoned up to order and the women was nice and polite but when my food was delivered the delivery driver was rude. When I asked how much it was cus I didn't hear him properly he shouted the he gave me a horrible moody look but on the plus side the food was nice and hot

Standard takeout place for my family, quality is consistent, especially good salt and chilli options. Good times on delivery usually early. Cash only for calling in person I believe, called in yesterday on the way home (as opposed to normally ordering online)
