Contribuiți la feedbackWe came from Tirano cold and hungry. Although it only sat one party and many empty tables, it took ten minutes to confirm! There were several people working so they were not undermined. The host literally attacked us: “What do you want?!”... When we told him, he threw his hands in the air, told us they were too busy! We spent 2 and 1/2 months in Europe and we never had such bad customer services. The guy was curvy and rude. It was hard to believe that this facility was actually in business to serve people! Those who own this place must offer their employees some training in customer service and manners. Maybe they should take some hospitality pointers from their Italian neighbours!!
We stopped to eat, two pieces of cake and three coffees and spent 21€. You do the counts! -;)beautiful view of the white lake and the top of Bernina. From here there are many paths to go even for the less experienced.
Drink with simple restoration just on the dock. Hot drinks (e.g. schnipo = scalope fries.) correct frame. we appreciate less than the kitchen touches food with bare hands.
A stop on the route of the train of the bernina, a splendid spectacle of mountains snowed in the silence of the high altitude, in the restaurant the service has been very pleasant, and I would like to thank the lady who manages the refreshment that has brought me the forgotten scarf in the place before the arrival of the train, just a great stop at 2000mt.
Nothing to say about the café annexed to the red train station, well furnished, clean, and with typical products. the vote comes from the rather personal application of the eur chf report: the account of 11 chf was converted into 11 eur. to review
