Pieology Pizzeria, Ponte Vedra, Fl

The business manager promised to resolve the issue a month ago, but nothing has been done since. Although the pizza at Pieology is delicious, I'm disappointed with the lack of follow-up.

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The service was lacking, the food was overcooked, and there was no management present to address the issues. Our meal was burnt, and we noticed that four other tables experienced the same problem. When we asked for a refund, we were told that there was no manager available to assist us. It seems like the health department might want to pay a visit, especially to check the cleanliness of the oven! Service: Dine-in. Meal Type: Dinner.

We decided to order takeout from the nearest pizza place to our home. We got two pizzas: one with cheese and one with pepperoni and peppers. I also ordered a made-to-order salad. The pizza was fantastic! Normally, I'm not a big pizza fan and only eat it when I have to, but I really enjoyed this one. It was deep-dish with a great crust, delicious sauce, and plenty of gooey cheese. Overall, I had a great experience with the takeout service.

Great pizza, friendly staff, affordable prices, and a welcoming atmosphere for kids—what more could you ask for in a pizza place? As for kid-friendliness, my children can be quite loud, but no one seemed to notice or mind! We enjoyed our meal during dinner, and the cost was around $10–20 per person.
