T3e Terre - Ponte Brolla

We stayed for three nights in September, which is the low season. We were at the hotel for two days when the restaurant is closed, but Loradonna referred us to neighboring places within walking distance. We had great dinners all three nights and the breakfast at the hotel was very good. Our room was comfortable and well-furnished. The location is excellent for visiting Locarno and Lugano and there are also opportunities to visit small towns in Ticino.

My wife and I live in New York City and had been on holiday for 12 days all over Switzerland and we both agreed that the best meal we had was at T3E Terre. The food was terrific, beautifully prepared and delicious. And the service from everyone was gracious and friendly. One of the owners came by several times to talk with us too. We chose this restaurant because of its Michelin Bib Gourmand rating, but I think it really deserves a star. It was the culinary highlight of our trip.

Very recommended, super nice host, beautiful room, unique breakfast. a pleasant dinner with good wine is guaranteed.
