Hello the worst KFC made an Uber order missing more than half of the order paid almost 40€ to have 15€ more delivery arrived cold goods at pitiful if I could give 0 stars I will Service: Delivery Meal type: Lunch Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I order in click and collect and have to validate the order 3 minutes before my arrival supposedly to guarantee a hot and crispy chicken..so already in my order there are cobettes, in the end there are none no, why don't you update your card? I had fries instead: infamous! Not cooked not crispy. Chicken is a shame! It was hard and dry, as if it had been cooked for hours and had been sitting warm all that time. I should point out that the order was placed around 7:30 p.m. so not an off-peak hour. I have NEVER eaten such bad KFC in my life! Yet I used to come there. I no longer live in Pontault and I have to drive more than 30 minutes for a KFC and despite these 30 minutes, the chicken remains very hot and crispy, possibly a little softened but never hard! In short, extremely disappointed with the quality of this KFC! Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
