Bar Restaurante Solar Acoreano

A restaurant well located nex to the marinas hotels center town . Itsss stake was super juicy . Really good recomend.

We enjoyed our first meal at Solar Acoreano mid-way through our trip and it was our best meal yet. Definitely get the limpetts and steak/pasta (nacos de carne). Friendly service, football (soccer) on the outdoor tv, and great food made for a memorable experience.

This café/bar/restaurante was close to our holiday accommodation in Ponta Delgada and became a firm favourite of ours during our stay there. Opens at 11am and closes at midnight or so. We had one dinner and a couple of lunches there. Food was excellent in terms of quality, presentation and super value. The homemade soup is especially yummy. Drinks, coffees and snacks are all very reasonably priced. The team are absolutely lovely, especially the two Danielas. Highly recommended.

Loved this friendly and welcoming eatery. Superb food at superb prices in a very relaxing atmosphere meant we spent a lot of time here, Adriana and her team were a dream. Good for breakfast, lunch, dinner and late night drinks with wine at 1.50 Euro a glass and fresh home made soup at the same price. Highly recommend a visit, you wont be disappointed.
