Les Trois Buis - Pont-Aven

A search for a restaurant for dinner we have been seduced by the simple and clear map of the restaurant .. often demonstration of freshness and quality unlike other restaurant of the city with an endless card! No disappointment! a treat for the eye as for the taste buds! a very reasonable price for the quality of the plate! and bonus a top service and a very nice boss! I recommend more than strongly this restaurant! We'll be back.

I don't usually leave comments on the internet. but this time this restaurant deserves it amply. We were attracted to the warm and original decoration, while being personal and contemporary. from the street we can see the kitchens behind the glass window at the bottom of the room and the cooks that prepare the dinner form a harmonious ballet. the relatively brief map and the menu of the fresh and original day end up determining us to return. luckily we take the last table for the evening service.We opt for the menu of the day that offers two entries, two dishes and two desserts. the wine menu offers a sufficient selection of selected bottles that reflect the restaurant's cuisine: originality, sobriety and delicacy. the dishes were real surprises, just as beautiful as good. We spent an excellent evening in this restaurant with the atmosphere and we enjoyed talking to the owner of the places that told us about his passion. again bravo and thank you for this evening. Keep going. We strongly recommend you stop there. We eat well, we're good and we're good. short a place that comes out of the codes without stealing us.

We decided to sit there because we loved the place and we didn't want dessert that day and they had a 2-course menu for 19 euros! Moreover we saw that they were serving lobster bisque in the entrance and we wanted to try it! (black street). As pesceterians, we couldn't eat the meat, so we apologized and asked if it was possible to have another entrance, at least one. the chief came to our table to see what the problem was and when we explained, they were very good to change our two entries!! the entrance we had later with the sardines was just excellent and delicious!! The main dish was great too! overall good food and very good service.

If you have a little time to sit down after walking the streets of aven bridge in all directions you can enjoy good dishes. a good quality price ratio. for my part, I was tempted by a lard grilled with two purées. It's better to arrive at noon because the establishment fills very quickly. A nice discovery.
