How to be original from relatively classic dishes. House, service, exchange with the chief, everything is perfect.
A pure pleasure. Original, fine and delicious dishes. An impeccable and fast service. Try to close your eyes.
Very digestive cuisine with original blends of flavors. (A vision of cuisine inspired by Master Dogen's Zen or simply Chinese medicine? Personally I loved but at the nearby tables, some were somewhat disoriented by the unusual gustative agreements. Terrace in the back very pleasant.
