Subway - Ponoka

The only employee I’ve encountered at this location that actually enjoys his job, is Ben. The rest of the employees all seem to hate their job, they rush through orders, give short, cold responses with rude tones and do not care about the appearance of what they are making. Multiple times have ended up with a slop sandwich, and just made to feel like I was doing them an inconvenience by even being there. I received this type of behaviour again tonight, Nov. 23,2023, by the evening staff. I know firsthand making sandwiches isn’t always fun, but at least get a different job if you hate it so much.

I have been there many times and ALL staff members are extremely wonderful. Only once I did not get what I ordered and it was from a person in training. We all make mistakes. Place is always clean. Food is fresh.

Discovered a new favorite foot long sub in our hometown

We were in Friday, July 21st around 7:30pm and dealt with a very rude employee(tall young man) was absolutely rude and gave us attitude. Not impressed with how he spoke to us. Might be the last time we come to this location, will go to Lacombe. He needs to work on his customer service skills.

Building is old but customer service is top notch. Franchise owner takes pride and what she does and what her staff does.
