El Negocio De Panchi - Ponce

The best Cowboy Ribeye I’ve ever ate and the appetizers were to die for. I recommend El Negocio de Panchi to anyone who likes to eat well.

Exquisite food. The deer chops with cherry and Oporto sauce was delicious, with 'majado de viandas ', and the chocolate custard to top. The appetizers, octopus, crab cake and chorizo al vino also excellent. Good service and friendly employees. Will be back soon.

I was exited about this restaurant, have heard great things about it. Is was expecting a great dinner and was not disappointed. The lobster crepes were amazing, so tender, it melted in your mouth. Not to forget about the portions, I had to take some home. Great next day breakfast! The stuffed mushrooms were tasty and delicious. This is definitely a must go on every trip to PR. This restaurant is the number 1 restaurant in Ponce as far as I'm concerned. Always the best service and freshest food. From the moment you arrive someone is greeting you, helping you park or escorting you to your table. The staff is very hospitable and attentive. The food is always fresh and although Panchi has his usuals on the menu, the specials is what I come here for. The food is prepared by someone who loves what they do and it shows. You can't go wrong here. Sometime it gets crowded. Your best bet is to make reservations.
