I absolutely adore The Perk! This hidden gem offers a cozy atmosphere that's perfect for unwinding with a book or catching up with friends. I've visited multiple times for lunch and coffee, and they've consistently delivered great quality. I highly recommend trying the Reuben sandwich paired with okra chips. During my most recent visit on a Thursday around noon, a talented young woman was performing her original music, which added a delightful touch to the experience!

My mother and I decided to visit The Perk after a busy day of shopping, and it turned out to be an excellent choice. The dining area is spacious, with lovely windows at the front where we opted to sit. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the food was outstanding. My mom tried her first-ever Italian Cream Soda and was really disappointed when it was finished; we'll definitely have to return for another one soon!

As a bonus, I overheard the owner inform another customer that their order didn't meet her quality standards and that she wouldn't sell it. She offered a refund or an exchange and even mentioned that she was remaking the item, though it would take some time. I found that impressive and appreciated her honesty and commitment to not selling a subpar product.
