Long John Silver's - Ponca City

I noticed that the $5 children's meal did not have a price listed, and when I inquired about a substitute after we had already paid and eaten, none was offered.

The food is consistently excellent, but the cleanliness of the restaurant leaves much to be desired. The windows are dirty, and the bathroom is in poor condition. It has a strong smell of urine that becomes noticeable even at the ordering area when the doors open. I would definitely return, but only for takeout, not dining in.

Half of my meal was served cold while I waited for the rest of my order to finish cooking, and that was just a single plate. The restaurant seemed to be having issues, which might explain why the staff appeared unhappy working in such a chilly environment.

I'm just gonna give him a star because I can't give him 1/2. I had to eat there, I was told I didn't have much to prepare. but they were of all that the casser said they were closing permanently. when we got our meal, it was more like scraped by chickens and left for almost $20 for two people. I will not go back even if they remain open and I will not go to another long john silver because they have always been good, but now they seem to have deteriorated. I recommend long john silver no longer

My husband's food was almost cold when we got it. One piece of my fish was piping hot. The other piece was not much more than warm. Very disappointing. Our shakes were delicious
